Doug Jackson 

Doug Jackson, M.Ed., CSCS, was born premature and through his childhood was weak and unconfident due to his lack of athleticism as well as his poor diet and activity habits.

In his freshman year of high school, he made the life-changing decision to wrestle for the school’s powerhouse wrestling team.  Wrestling introduced Doug to strength training and fitness.  He fell in love with what exercise could do for the body and decided to complete a Bachelor’s Degree as an Exercise Specialist and a Master’s Degree emphasizing exercise psychology at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in Ohio.
